Our educational philosophy is built around the idea that you need to be an active participant in developing how to effectively utilize the strengths of your gifts and talents to earn a living. The techniques you learn in the classroom need to become relevant and necessary offerings to your potential audience. To accomplish this, our curriculum is set up so that you spend 10 weekends a year in school plus 2 additional weeks over a two year period.

Our weekend structure allows you to apply what you learn in school in between sessions and gain valuable real world experience in between our immersion style learning. The IAE will meet for 6 hours on Friday, 10 hours on Saturday and 6 hours on Sunday. Our 2011 weekend schedule will soon be announced. In between weekend classroom session, you will put what you learn in the classroom to use through experiential learning which will come in the form of short Learning Entrepreneurial Artistry Pods or LEAPS. Through each LEAP you will learn how to combine the knowledge you are gaining with the skills you need to create, test and shape your ideas into a product or service that is relevant and necessary for those you want most to attract.
